Total costs
of $3555 mean $17.78 per book, with a break-even point at 127 sold copies
at $28 per book. Possible surplus on the remaining 73 copies would be $2044
if all 200 books were sold. In that case, $2044 would have to be divided
between [i] recovering loss of interest on invested capital; [ii] labour
costs for writing and editing copy; [iii] underwriting new MMMSP projects.
The margins are not huge!
