1. Save this file under another name where it belongs
2. Convert original FrameMaker file to plain text (.txt).
3. Open plain text file with xvi32.exe
4. Find and replace Hex | 0D 0A | with text | </p>jjj<p> |
5. Find and replace text | <p></p> | with | <p> </p> |
6. Save, exit xvi32.exe
7. Open text file using text editor and insert very first | <p> | into text file. Close and exit.
8. Insert the text file into this file after instruction #12 but before the TOF arrow.
9. Fill in the <head> details in HTML
10. In the Warning box (above), insert correct hyperlink to the relevant PDF file
11. Cut and past the title of the text into the top of the warning box, above.
12. Delete these instructions but not the arrow just below here
